Who processes your data

Carpe Molins SL, tax ID (NIF) B75589754, Carrer Ponent, 17, 08750 Molins de Rei (Barcelona), Spain. Phone 936 804 367, email carpemolins@gmail.com.

What data we process and why

Bookings

When you book a table you give us your name, phone number and, if you wish, your email, as well as the date, time, number of people and any notes. We use them to manage the booking and to let you know if anything changes. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing the service (article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We keep them for as long as needed to manage the booking and, afterwards, for the periods set by law to deal with any claims.

If you tell us about an allergy or intolerance in the notes, we only use it to prepare your meal. The legal basis is your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (article 9(2)(a) of the Regulation).

Enquiries

If you contact us by email, phone, message or through the group dinner form, we only use the data you give us to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent. We keep it for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Social media

We're on Instagram (@carpediem.molins). If you follow us or message us there, we process the data the platform lets us see only to reply to you and to manage our profile. Instagram has its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We don't share your data with anyone unless the law requires us to. The providers of our technical services (website hosting and the booking system) may access it only to provide those services, under contract and with the safeguards required by the Regulation.

We don't send you advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to carpemolins@gmail.com or by post to the address above, stating which right you want to exercise and identifying yourself.

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures so that data is protected and is not lost, altered or accessed by anyone who shouldn't have access.
